I think it’s fair to say I don’t blog as much as I should. Fact is that most of my technical blog content ends up being part of the excellent Engine Yard Blog. I also knew that I wanted to be able to have a presence online that was more than just blog posts.
To that end, this new site — whose design is a slightly modified Writr Theme — allows me to post many more different types of contents. I still want to tweak some of the displays for those different types of content but for the most part it’s done.
I will now be posting:
- Links to stuff I find interesting
- Tweets that I find interesting
- Videos of my talks
- Slides from my talks
- Podcasts
- Projects
- Books
It is my hope that I can keep a running feed of interesting content. Mostly for my own posterity, but perhaps others will find it interesting also.
Also, the old site looked so bad. Ick.

@dabernathy89 well, that’s a relief. I wonder what Twitter does with the punycode version: http://t.co/VbmN9xftn3

@mikointhecity but http://t.co/VbmN9xftn3 shows the emoji AND is a link, right? :)
